Standard Shipping Method
- Usually ships within 1-5 business days Monday-Friday. Holidays not included in shipping days, nor Saturdays and Sundays.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Returns:
Our standard packaged products may be returned up to 30 days after purchase.
Return charges, mail or courrier, must be prepaid by the customer.
Defective products will be replaced at no cost.
To better understand the nature of the issue we may require the return of some of the products deemed defective.
Discontinued, custom products, and seasonal items cannot be returned.
Claims:
Any claims for short or incorrect shipments, goods lost in transit and freight damage must be made within 30 days. Claims for goods lost in transit and freight damage must be made with the carrier.
Taxes:
Any applicable taxes are extra.
