Refund/Exchange Policy
Returns:
Merchandise can only be returned when a written authorization is given, the products are in their original, unmarked packaging and the return freight is prepaid.
Discontinued, special order and seasonal items cannot be returned.
Claims:
Any claims for short or incorrect shipments, goods lost in transit and freight damage must be made within 30 days. Claims for goods lost in transit and freight damage must be made with the carrier.
